 This makes the text fit really well and feel comfortable. Even when you have the strap cinched down, the foam is perforated, so it stretches and it breathes, and it fits really nicely. The hip belt down here is actually something special. So I want to open that up

 So obviously you have a pocket in there where you can put lightweight stuff like a first-aid kit or even a water filter if you're backpacking. Now this large pocket is just one big pocket, you can store all kinds of gear in there and then on the sides. You have extra water bottles. You can store on the sides these compression straps here it can either route underneath of that pocket or overtop of it to cinch the gear or just to cinch the pack

 It'S got a ton of features. So, let's dig in, I want to first show off the back panel and the suspension, because this is really where the pack shines. It has flexible support, which means that you don't have a rigid frame like on some other pack. It moves with you and it won't slow you down so when you're moving fast on the trail or scrambling on rocks and your back is moving in different angles, it won't inhibit your movement

 You have extra water bottles. You can store on the sides these compression straps here it can either route underneath of that pocket or overtop of it to cinch the gear or just to cinch the pack. The front stretch pocket here is big enough to store an extra layer and there's plenty of spots on the outside of this pack to lash gear. So there's even a tuck away tool loop here, there's a tuck away, bungee for trekking pole, so you can get a lot of gear on the outside

The media could not be loaded. I was really excited to receive my first ever Osprey for my upcoming Snowdon hike however it was short lived. Amazon next day delivery was as always spot on however the pack itself was too short for me in spite of me following the size chart given. I ordered xs/s size however a m/L would be more fitted as sternum belt coming at my neck area

 Will see how it works on the terrain as would be taking with me on my hike to Pen y Fan!

 The fit is terrible, very uncomfortable. I am unhappy with the attached top, I was able to pack the bag better with the older version. The key attachment is now underneath the hood instead in the zippered pocket on top which is inconvenient to me. Basically, there is nothing that I like about the new bag and I will be looking to replace it with another brand

 Anyway. Let'S take a closer look at its features, cool, so the first thing you'll notice with the tempest. It is a standard or very traditional hiking design, so I'm gon na start from the top and we're going to kind of go through the features on the front. So the top here you've got a really nice ease, glide, zip that leads to a nice wide kind of top pocket on there, and so this thing is absolutely massive: you'll be able to get your water proofs in there pretty much anything I mean the volume, as I say is pretty high and that's a really cool feature on such a you know: a low key bag and, as I said, zip itself is all covered as well, as you know, to prevent any water from going on in there

 There is nice and stretchy. So, even if you put like an awkward thing in there say awkward shaking like a GoPro or something like that, you know it's going to sit in that pocket, nice and comfortably and that pocket there is exactly the same school, exactly the same system. Exactly the same. Zip and exactly the same space

 The pockets. Are nice and wide got a wide entry, as you can see the mesh blending on the back there? So that's helping with the ventilation but the mesh kind of elasticated mesh on the front. There is nice and stretchy. So, even if you put like an awkward thing in there say awkward shaking like a GoPro or something like that, you know it's going to sit in that pocket, nice and comfortably and that pocket there is exactly the same school, exactly the same system

 All right, let's take a look at the back, so what you'll notice this is hydration compatible due to the h2o sign, that's located on the top there, but you probably asked me well: where does it go? Well, it's an actual external pocket. So this slips between the padding of the rucksack as well as the general kind of you know, general storage of the pack, so it just slips into the back there. That means it's easy to get in and out and obviously you can maintain it as well. So nice and wide and spacious in there as well, and that's not going to affect the padding and that's not going to affect too much of the room on the inside of the may pack
