The bag was perfect once I received it.....

The moral of this part of the review is, it is better to just call customer support. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and courteous. I now have the right bag leather strap and all. Good buy

Fine, but several shortcomings

The strap isn't padded, which for a narrow strap on a bag primarily designed to be carried over the shoulder is a flaw.

I didn't need a bulky suitcase, and I didn't want that nerdy laptop bag everyone seems to have. If you need a briefcase to carry a few document folders and some essentials while looking classy doing it, this is the briefcase for you.

Doesn't Get Any Better Than This

I'm a photographer and carry photographic stuff. This is the perfect bag. It does not call attention to itself by screaming "Grab me - expensive kit inside!" Inconspicuous. That's the word I'd use

Overall, GREAT bag! (MINOR dislikes)

The bag carries well and stands on its own with a laptop and accessories inside. It’s pretty roomy WITHOUT expanding it, though that’s a nice option.
