Generally well made, but frankly about 50% too small to be of real use. The leather is of outstanding quality. The shoulder snaps on the strap are top-notch. The canvas--not so much. Filson also makes a duffel, but the brand is pricey so I’d focus on their classic briefcase. Fjallraven has a couple of options for duffels, and their G1000 fabric is great. Of course, there are also many other smaller, artisan brands out there, so budget is always an important consideration.
