Commute

Timbuk2 The Division Pack

(1/6)

A little stiff, other than that, a solid commuter choice for school/work/travel. The Moss color is better in person than in the photos! It’s comfortable and my laptop feels safe and secure in it.

Patagonia Tamangito 20L Pack - Women's

(1/3)

Just received mine today. The square shape is very flattering and the size of the backpack is perfect for my commute to work with a 15 inch laptop (it's a snug fit near the top zipper but it fits) with plenty of room for more items. This pack has a solid structure to it too, it does not slouch! I purchased the black color. It looks professional for work and will look great with any outfit

Laptop

Timbuk2 The Division Pack

(1/17)

I decided to finally invest in one that would fit my laptop. For the first time since getting my MacBook on my 18th birthday in 2014, I have a backpack to carry it in!!! I am so thrilled. I also look much more professional in this. I ALSO got to personalize it to keep some ~PINK~ and still look professional ;) Any time I can fit pink and professional together, I do! Thanks Timbuk2!!!!

I am able to fit my laptop and it has two other little pockets inside. The straps are padded just right. I got the black and gray and its just such a nice and classy pack, good size for me, I'm 5'2.

I bought this to be a new school backpack that can also double as a travel backpack to use as a carry on for trips and hiking. Very spacious and comfortable.

Zipper

Timbuk2 The Division Pack

(1/6)

Bag is great, but the front pocket zipper is a bit had to zip and doesn't close all the way. Seems like maybe it is too close to seam of the fabric above it? Give my he cost of the bag I would have hoped for better. Otherwise it is good so far.

I got a nice amount of padding there so really nice for camping um, especially okay, so we flip this back around to the front. You'Ve got this sort of um the quick wrap pocket here in the front with a vertical zipper. So in here like i, just got a mask and some snacks and some hand cream, don't really like to put too much in this pocket, because it can get a little bit tight depending on what you've got in the rest of the bag. So just like some snacks and other like items that i'd like to grab quickly in here and then you've got this pocket here

Strap

Timbuk2 The Division Pack

(1/10)

TImbuk2 bags are great looking bags and some of them are decent quality. However the one I got is "Storm" and fabric feels too harsh, the straps are not comfortable whatsoever.

I got the navy/melon one and one thing to note is that the pictures show a duller tan color of the straps when it is actually more coral pink, which I don't mind.

Size

Timbuk2 The Division Pack

The bag seems too tall, and not deep enough (from front to back). I don't carry that much stuff, and I struggle to get it all to fit. The annoying part, is there's plenty of room on top of my stuff. It seems this space should be allocated to make the bag half an inch deeper

Wanted something bigger than my current pack for school use. One of the best features is the water bottle holder, something not always found on backpacks with minimal pockets.

Compartment

Timbuk2 The Division Pack

(1/7)

Look at all I could fit inside --Simple. No endless selection of pockets and pouches that break up the volume so much that you can't fit big things in it --Separate padded laptop compartment --Soft-lined tablet sleeve --Attached key ring --Simple selection of pockets on the interior. Just enough for a couple of pens, a charger, etc. --One large exterior compartment --Nicely ventilated in the back --Strong top handle CONS: --I could do without the compression buckles on the sides

Zippered front pocket, secures your essentials and stretch side pockets, keep your water bottles with an easy reach. The main pocket has a padded sleeve size to fit most 15-inch laptops, a zippered security pocket and a mesh drop-in pocket. The suspension system uses heat, venting ultra soft mesh on the straps and back panel to keep you cool. The straps have a straighter cut with more taper to fit the female torso

Comfort

Timbuk2 The Division Pack

(1/3)

Was able to get this on sale after eyeing it up for a couple weeks and diligent research. This backpack is incredibly comfortable and well built! I’ve taken it to the Caribbean, including beaches, all day treks and the padding on the straps kept it comfortable all day! Will easily fit a 15” laptop in the pocket, and the main pocket has plenty of room for other things such as books or equipment. Is on the smaller size as backpacks go, but that’s what I was looking for.

I like how it sits on my shoulders. That it has space for toddler necessities, my bottled water side pockets, the pump. Light weight, cute, comfy, and usable for daily use.
