The stuff sack that comes with the sleeping bag (I have the regular size) is pretty useless when needing to save space for backpacking. It creates kind of a sphere and doesn't compress the sleeping bag as much as it can be compressed. With the regular stuff sack, coldest weather configuration, it will not fit into the lower department of my 70L Deuter backpack, even though there is ample space in there for a sleeping bag and a pad. The backpack is good but a tad bit small for me. I could fit in a planner, a 2-inch binder, a spiral notebook, a small folder, a medium size textbook, laptop, iPad, a pencil pouch, and glasses case in the largest pocket. The fit was snug. Good build quality but I just need a little bit more room

I loved the concept of this bag. How great ! 3 bags in one. Unfortunately the zipper situation is a bit out of control. When in 5° mode the are 2 zippers to go through before you get out for your mid-night relief

Decent price too. However, the seam is fraying and there is already a hole on the seam near the zipper. This is after a three day trip on a flight and to/from a hotel with light fill. Disappointing with the quality to have a frayed seam and a hole in 72 hours of light use

I recently got this bag for a weekend backpacking trip in the NC mountains. Temperature got down to about 15 degrees F and I was nice and warm with the 5 degree set up. I am a hot sleeper so I was worried than the 5 degree would be too much but it was fine and I did not sweat. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the zippers get stuck very easily so I am a little worried about the long term durability of the lining

I especially like the multiple secure pockets for devices. The color is great and the storage pocket is a nice touch that doesn't get in the way when I'm not using it. It's held up really well over the last few months of using it on a daily basis.

Phenomenal backpack! Shoe compartment holds an extra pair (W US 10.5) for travel, lunch bag for work commute. Very roomy, efficient use of pockets for additional storage. Lightweight and comfortable to wear

I will return this pack. I intended to use it for running between uni classes and my full time job but I feel the available space was utilized with awkward, insufficient pockets and compartments. The front organizer pocket is shallow and I feel not very useful for my purposes. This shallow pocket leaves a bubble of useless space in the main compartment

It makes the pack wonky and it won't set down well unless it's SUPER packed. If it's super packed, it bulges upward into the main compartment and cuts the room in that part down so much you can barely fit anything in it. I bought it for my carry-on for a trip to Europe and ended up not using it because it was awkward and didn't hold much at all. Now I am stuck with it since it's been a tad over the 60 days and NF won't take it back

Hard ring around the bottom, pack does not open enough to get in, pockets intrude on interior, and the top of the pack area is wasted. The designers could do much better.
