I am about 150 cm tall and I have the [Osprey Fairview 40 Travel Pack Women in (which is actually 38L in XS/S). Though I haven't used it for anything extensive like a 20-day hike, for walking in cities, in transit, and hiking, I've really liked it and it's been comfortable for me. It doesn't have a camera compartment but I usually carry 2 SLR cameras with me and it's worked for me!
