"Very disappointed because the dimensions and size is not as listed. I just measured the backpack and it's only 20" in height instead of 23" as described and only 2639 cubic inches capacity instead of 3342 as in their description. Will return for refund and not purchase from Amazon again. I will purchase directly from 5"
"The shoulder straps are so badly designed I cannot imagine 511 sells this backpack. Let me explain, they are designed in a way that the backpack is hanging from my shoulders so low that the lower part of the backpack is rubbing on my lower back. When I pull the straps so I can tighten them so I can lift it , it gets uncomfortable."
"I removed the black pull cords on all the inside zippers and replaced them with reflective yellow pulls made from 2.5mm cord. Big improvement, now you can open it up and instantly find the zipper pulls."
"I also have taken this as a carry-on. It holds a ton of stuff including everyone's tablets/electronics, snacks, 1 day change of clothes, blankies, etc. Diapers, wipes and spare underwear fit perfect in the water bladder compartment. I bought the pack in black, which doesn't scream tactical (as much)"
"I got this for my road trip, hiking... And I like it a lot so far"
"The two macbooks fit (snugly, but they fit) in the hydration pouch area and are easy to access and remove when going through airport security. For me this bag replaced my Tom Bihn Brainbag that is still in fantastic shape after many years of travel - the Rush72 is more comfortable for carrying all of the above mainly due to it's rigid backplate. I love the Brainbag, but the extra rigidity in the Rush72 with its removable stay makes it feel like it is more comfortable with the load I have to carry. The large pocket is great for holding a jacket in a secure but still readily accessible manner"
"Description of use: I bike/ run 4.5 miles to school and home again every day. I use the bag to transport books/ notebooks, a laptop, a change of clothes, shoes, shower stuff, lunch and a bottle of water. I am 6'1" tall"
"- I bought a bamboo cutting board 8x280x380 mm to use as support for thin laptop in bag. Placed in main compartment against back wall."
"And I believe that’s actually the point. The large compartment can be used, either for clothes and larger storage, or you can use the internal pouches for organization. You don’t necessarily use both at the same time. But you can use either depending on your load"
